well, I’m glad he’s out of milwaukee………..skiles was holding him down. however, I’m upset he’s not with the knicks.
I just hope he gets the minutes he deserves and doesn’t have to split too much with flynn.

I don’t understand why he would get mixed up with the mess that over in Minny. I also don’t get why Minny wanted him. They have Flynn, who they need to assess, and they supposedly are waiting for Rubio. What’s the sense in having 3 starting caliber PG’s? Also, this isn’t gonna help them in trying to convince Rubio to come over to he NBA.
Ramon Sessions is a good player. He got a good contract too. Good for Minnesotta, hopefully this works out well for them.
Rubio will be revisiting his NBA opportunities in two years, howevere, I believe after this stint he pulled off, his opportunities will be limited and he will not see the opportunities he saw in this years draft.
They have an obsession with having to have two point guards it seems. Rubio won’t be over for a while, and I’d assume they’re looking now to shop his rights for cash considerations or a future draft pick.
That’s not news son!
Lakers winning the 2010 championship and Kobe getting the MVP and Finals MVP of 2010 is not news either… its commie sens!!
GO LAKERS!!!
funny how the guy above me can’t even spell “common sense” correctly and he’s trash talking about the Lakers on a thread that has nothing to do with them lmao
It doesn’t affect Rubio because he was staying in Spain for 2 years and becoming a 2011 Free Agent no matter what.
I like it for Minnesota. Ramon Sessions I believe will be a better player than Rubio and it was a perfect replacement at the PG position
TWolves I think will finish with the worst record in the NBA but in a few years they could be a playoff team with good young pieces like Sessions,Kevin Love,Al Jefferson, and Johnny Flynn.
I dont think the Bucks will match the offer
I am mad as hell, he would have been a great player for the Knicks.
The Wolves will still suck, but great job updating and informing us.
lol, that still wont matter. Rubio’s in spain for 2 more years!!!
a ramon sessions al jefferson combo not bad. wow they should have kept miller and randy foye there gm is nuts. there lineup could have been.
pg-ramon sessions very good young pg
sg-randy foye hes improving averaged 16 a game last season
sf-mike miller very good shooter
pf-al jefferson one of the best pf in the game
c-kevin love he should be a double double machine
why did they trade foye and miller.
Damn i wanted him to come to the Lakers
It is all about money as this is the best dollar Ramon Sessions can receive at the moment. Give credit to David Kahn for his quick reaction to throw out a crowd-pleasing move as contingency plan for losing Ricky Rubio.
The bottomline is Wolves at least land a proven and talented PG in Sessions and it gives Al Jefferson and Kevin Love a true facilitator. Most importantly, Kahn remains the consistency of reubilding the franchise by picking up the right player you can rely on.
For Rubio, he will end up as a trade bait (as expected), but it is too early to stay Wolves spoil a lottery pick because class 09 is not that impressive at all, while they spend the right money on Jonny Flynn and Wayne Ellington.
Unless NBA looses the cap for spending on contract buyout, or Rubio’s case is no exception to names not named Wolves.
Seems like an odd fit, especially with Flynn and Rubio in 2 years. Sessions and Flynn will fight it out for the starting spot. Sessions can play at SG too, but he is more effective at PG. Sessions could also become a valuable trade piece in a year or 2. Sessions would probably fit better in NY, especially since he would be more likely to start there. But Minny is giving him more money and more years, so he has to take that. We’ll see how it works out, Sessions is a good player, but this doesn’t make Minny much better.
i think that this is a stupid move from minnesota and sessions, minnesota has drafted 4 pg’s (i know that rubio and ellington left),but still they have enough pg’s
about sessions ,he could have played in new york which is a better franchise and a bigger team ,and maybe with bigger salary
extra info :rubio decided to stay in spain ,so he is not a problem now
